Delete Your Account and Data

This page lets you request deletion of your Histolearn account and the data associated with it. You can request it here, or delete it from within the app.

Request account deletion

Enter your account email and we will send you a confirmation code. Once you enter the code, your account is closed right away and permanently deleted with its data after 30 days. Until then, contact support@axinvent.ai to restore it.

Or delete from within the app

1. Open the Histolearn app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm with your password.
4. Your account is closed right away and permanently deleted with its data after 30 days.

If you can't access your email

Email support@axinvent.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We'll verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your profile (name, email, role, user ID)
• Slide annotations and notes you created
• Your quiz attempts and answers
• Push-notification device tokens

Data that may be retained

• Limited records we are required to keep by law, for the minimum period required.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged within 30 days.
